Private yoga classes with me can be at your office, home, or at Yoga Elements. It can be as frequently as you choose, given that the spot is free (the space is generally available on weekdays). 60-minute or 90-minute private lessons are designed based on your chosen style: Stretch, Burn, Flow, or Shine.
